Connecting with the internal and external workings of your energy flow is to connect with your health. In Old French, the word “cure” signified healing and restoration of the “whole self” – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In this sense, Yoga is a “cure”. Yoga is a means to reconnect with, access and regulate the energy held within your body to reach and maintain its state of equilibrium.
