YOGA IS AN INVITATION TO LIFE

Life is a gift. To become aware of its sources, its potential, and to understand more deeply who we are is the gift of yoga, that of engaging life from this renewed sense of relationship to ourselves and to others. Self-awareness invites clarity and clarity invites authenticity. Through the authentification of who we are and our gifts, a more natural expression of our identity comes into shape as the gifts we then offer to the world.

In Old French, "cure" signified healing of the whole self - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In this sense, Yoga is a "cure" as it facilitates the connections among the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being, which are the core of our wellness.

By connecting us with the internal and external workings of our being,

yoga connects us to our health and to the possibility of living a more

joyful and meaningful life. Yoga enables our capacity to create a life in integrity with life.
