Revealing the full spectrum of Life!

Khroma means color in Greek and Yoga means union in Sanskrit. I chose to name my business identity Khroma Yoga as a representation of my dedication to support individual in remembering their true nature and in recognizing their very unique identity because in the recognition of our gifts lies the beautiful and powerful creative potential of life. Just as a clear prism reveals the colors of light, when we are connected to our true nature, we become clear on who we are and in a sense, we act as a prism, revealing the full colors of life through our own creative expression.

In Old French, the word "cure" signified healing of the whole self - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In this sense, Yoga is a "cure", it is a means to reconnect with and remember our deepest essence. Yoga is a practice by means of which we free and flow energy in our body. As living fields of energy, we hold within ourselves a very intricate system designed to conduct and express energy. This system weaves a relationship between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being, defining our wellness, our level of consciousness and our ability to express that energy in a way that is both creative and life enhancing. Therefore understanding the internal and external workings of our energy flow is a gateway to connecting back to our deepest essence, one of inherent goodness and joy which longs to create and affirm life. When our life force flows evenly through our body, heart, and mind, we unfold our potential to live our lives to its fullest and to manifest our gifts into what we deeply long to manifest in the world.
