I am a Certified Yoga Teacher registered E-RYT 500, RCYT with Yoga Alliance. Grounded in over 2000 hours of teaching experience, I have a precise understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. My teaching is also grounded in the plurality of perspectives in yoga philosophy and history which I have passionately and extensively studied since 2008, particularly with Dr. Douglas Brooks, a world-renowned scholar.  I hold over 1000 hours of professional training including in-depth study of the application of yoga to the therapeutic context of my clients as well as teaching methodology. I received most of my trainings while residing in the United States including Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, Structural Yoga Therapy and Yoga Medecine. I acquired my yoga for children education with the "Calming Kids” program. A professional coach, I support individuals in accessing their internal and external resources and connecting them to address an inquiry they may have, whether an issue they may face or a desire to know more and expand their horizon. A professional coach, I completed a bilingual training (French/English) program with IDC, an ICF certified school based in Geneva, Switzerland. Before integrating yoga in my professional life, I worked for 10 years in investment banking and marketing consulting. Seeking a more creative venue, I studied Interior Design at the University of Berkeley, California and proceeded to work as a kitchen designer and project manager in that industry for 4 years. I am a founding member of the Slow Money Alliance, an NGO promoting the restoration of local food systems. Native from France, I have lived in Switzerland since July 2012, where I moved after living for 20 years in the United States.
